Families have their own structures and cultures which shape complex relationship dynamics.

In family counselling we can identify which structures, roles, and patterns are impacting communication and understanding within the family unit.

There is no pre-determined correct way. This work is about finding what structure feels safe, right, and authentic to you.

In order to allow space to explore these dynamic and for the individuals in the family unit family session are offered online. I also work with CVAP and ICBC clients.
